Practice the Pause

Sometimes, you may find yourself in situations where you're angry, tired, doubtful and stressed about #life. Life gives us the opportunity to learn everyday, hence, the necessity to #PAUSE and observe whenever it's getting tough and/or unpleasant. When in doubt, pause, so you won't make poor judgements. When stressed up, pause, listen to your body, observe and see the non-working factors. When you're angry, pause, so you won't have to say or do things you'll regret later. And most importantly, when you're tired, pause, think of the people who have been there and if nobody's been there, be the first and open the show. Don't quit! Sometimes, the best training is to rest. Rest when you're weary. Refresh and renew yourself - your body, your mind, your spirit and then, get back to work. Believe in yourself and the rest will fall into place...✍
